Security – bags and items
Please note that no bags nor items larger than a A4 size (210 × 297 mm) are allowed. The symposium has a small cloakroom, but we ask you to avoid bringing bags/items larger than A4 size. Due to restricted space, we ask the participants to leave your luggage at your hotel before arriving at the symposium. For safety reasons, bicycle batteries are not allowed inside the venue.
